Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team
  • Prepare sales quotations, invoices, delivery orders & contracts
  • Process customer orders and follow up on order status
  • Coordinate with operations, warehouse & logistics teams
  • Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases
  • Handle customer enquiries and support sales follow-ups
  • Assist with tender documents and basic reporting

Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration or related field
  • At least 1-2 years experience in sales administration (fresh graduates welcome)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Organised, detail-oriented and able to multitask
  • Good communication and coordination skills

Good to Have

  • Experience in equipment, engineering, construction or F&B-related industries
  • Familiarity with ERP or accounting systems
  • Experience handling tenders or purchase orders
