Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support sales team with daily admin tasks

  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales documents

  • Update sales records and databases

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone or email

  • Coordinate with other departments as needed

Requirements:

  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email)

  • Experience with SAP is preferred

  • Good communication and teamwork

  • Able to follow instructions and work independently

  • Experience is a plus, but fresh graduates are welcome
