Job Description

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our sales team at SimplifyNext. In this role, you will be the operational anchor for our consultants and account managers - keeping documentation organised, data accurate, and administrative workflows running smoothly so our client-facing team can focus on what they do best.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Sales Data & Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, deal tracking, and contact information in Excel. Ensure the team always has a clean, reliable view of the pipeline.
  • Contract & Proposal Support: Assist in preparing sales proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and NDAs. Coordinate with internal teams for document approvals and ensure versions are properly filed.
  • Invoicing & Renewals Support: Work with the Finance team to support accurate billing and keep track of upcoming contract renewals.
  • Security Clearance Coordination: Manage the end-to-end coordination of security clearance applications for our professional services team, ensuring all required documentation is submitted accurately and on time for project deployments.
  • General Sales Support: Handle day-to-day administrative requests from the sales team - document formatting, scheduling coordination, filing, and other ad hoc tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: At least 3-5 years in a sales support, sales coordination, or administrative role. Experience in tech, consulting, or professional services is a plus but not required.
  • Excel Proficiency: Comfortable working with spreadsheets for data tracking and simple reporting. You don't need to be a power user, but you should be at ease managing and organising data in Excel.
  • Attention to Detail: You catch inconsistencies before anyone else does. Accuracy in documentation and data entry is something you take seriously.
  • Organised and Reliable: You manage your own workload well, follow through on commitments, and don't need to be chased. The team can count on you.
  • Communication Skills: Clear, professional written and verbal communication. You're comfortable coordinating across internal teams and occasionally with external clients.
