About us
Endo Grilles has designed and installed invisible grilles, zip blinds, roller blinds, curtains and window restrictors for Singapore homes since 2017. Our showroom is at 3 Guillemard Road, near Kallang MRT. You'll keep the sales team's schedules, paperwork and records running so the consultants can focus on customers.

What you'll do

• Key in new enquiries from WhatsApp, phone and online forms (around 10 a day) and assign them on the sales board
• Prepare quotation documents, invoices and order forms for the consultants
• Schedule site surveys and installations with the operations team and confirm appointments with customers
• Track deposits and final payments, send reminders and update records
• Send Google review requests to completed customers and log responses
• Maintain customer records, the sales board and weekly sales reports
• Handle general showroom admin: samples and brochures, supplier paperwork, filing

What we're looking for

• 2+ years in sales admin, sales support, office admin or coordination roles
• Accurate and organised you catch the errors others miss
• Clear written English for WhatsApp and email fluency in spoken Mandarin is an advantage, as many of our customers prefer to discuss their home in Mandarin
• Confident with Excel/Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business and calendar tools
• Steady and reliable you'd rather do one job well for years than change every 12 months

What we offer

• 5-day work week: Tuesday to Saturday or similar, with Sundays and one fixed weekday off every week
• Basic salary $2,200-$2,600, depending on experience
