Job Summary

Be part of a team that keeps critical goods safe! We are looking for a Sales Administrator to support our Business Development team and ensure smooth client service from inquiry to delivery.

What You'll Do

  • Respond quickly and professionally to incoming B2B inquiries.
  • Help the BD team prepare accurate quotations and follow up on proposals.
  • Manage orders from start to finish and coordinate with the fulfillment team to meet temperature-controlled logistics requirements.
  • Follow up with clients to maintain strong, long-term relationships.

What We're Looking For

  1. Minimum O-Level qualification
  2. Minimum 2 years in B2B Sales Support or Sales Administration
  3. Good command of English
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel essential)
  5. Detail-oriented with a high sense of urgency
  6. Fast learner, problem-solver, and team player
  7. Experience in logistics or cold chain industries is a bonus but not essential
