Our client is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their Singapore-based team to support the sales operations across Asia. The ideal candidate is organised, proactive, and able to excel in a fast-paced, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support sales order and contract processing in coordination with sales managers
- Maintain accurate records of orders, pricing, and delivery schedules
- Liaise with overseas teams to ensure product availability, order fulfillment, and timely delivery
- Prepare customer quotations, export documentation, and sales reports
- Track shipments and keep customers updated on delivery status
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations in Asia markets
- Act as a key contact for customers and regional sales teams, handling inquiries and feedback
- Support trade events, customer visits, and sample requests
Key Requirements
- Diploma in Business, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales coordination, customer service, or export administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, CRM, and ERP systems
- Strong communication skills
