Our client is a Precision Engineering Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for Sales Administrator to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.
Job Responsibilities:
- Follow up with customers on payment schedules and proactively manage overdue payments.
- Coordinate with internal teams to obtain supporting documents required for customer payment processing.
- Prepare daily sales revenue updates, reflecting changes from Customer Service, and maintain accurate sales records.
- Update weekly sales forecasts for upcoming months and ensure all sales data is current and well-maintained.
- Support Account Managers in setting up and maintaining RFQ documentation and folders.
- Prepare, maintain, and organize sales-related audit and compliance documentation.
- Update and maintain monthly Sales Management and Sales KPI reports.
- Provide general administrative and office support as required.
- Perform ad hoc duties assigned by management or supervisors.
