We are looking for a reliable and organized admin to support the Regional Sales Director and the SAP sales team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate is someone who is dependable, takes ownership of their work, and communicates proactively.

Key Responsibilities
- Help coordinate and track sales-related activities and follow-ups across the SAP region
- Prepare and maintain basic sales reports and team presentations
- Assist with updating and maintaining records in the CRM system
- Compile and consolidate weekly/monthly sales data and performance summaries for the regional team
- Support the preparation of internal sales review materials and management reports
- Perform basic data analysis to support sales performance tracking, including monitoring progress against sales targets, quota attainment, and regional KPIs
- Assist in identifying trends or gaps in sales data and preparing simple visual summaries for the team
Executive & Team Support
- Provide administrative support to the Regional Sales Director, including calendar management, travel bookings, and meeting coordination
- Help organize team meetings, customer visits, and regional events
- Prepare simple meeting agendas and track follow-up action items
- Handle travel arrangements and visa documentation
Communication & Coordination
- Serve as a point of contact for routine internal and external communications on behalf of the team
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Finance, HR, and Marketing on administrative matters
- Draft and distribute professional correspondence and internal updates as needed
- Follow up on outstanding action items and help keep the team organized
- Maintain and organize team records, documentation, and shared resources
- Manage procurement of office supplies and departmental resources
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 23 years of relevant experience in an administrative or sales support role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage day-to-day tasks with minimal supervision
- Prior experience in a sales support role is an advantage
- Basic familiarity with CRM tools or data entry systems is a plus
