Sales Admin Officer Medical Industry
A global leader in Medical Devices industry is looking for a
Sales Admin Officer to support its sales operations team. This role is well-suited for someone with strong administrative skills and experience in a commercial or healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including office supplies, equipment, and facility upkeep
- Provide administrative support such as meeting scheduling, event coordination, and correspondence handling
- Maintain organized and accurate filing systems (both electronic and physical)
- Act as a point of contact for staff and clients, handling inquiries and providing necessary information
- Ensure accurate accounts receivable processing and coordinate with the accounting team on payables
- Receive and process purchase orders and issue sales invoices
- Verify customer orders, including personal and payment details
- Communicate with customers to resolve queries and gather missing information
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
- Prepare and compile monthly sales reports
- Coordinate internally to expedite order processing
- Route customer feedback to appropriate teams
- Support identification of new product opportunities
- Assist the sales team with various administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales admin, preferably in healthcare industry
- Highly organized with good communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with sales admin tools
