Job Description

Sales Admin Officer Medical Industry

A global leader in Medical Devices industry is looking for a Sales Admin Officer to support its sales operations team. This role is well-suited for someone with strong administrative skills and experience in a commercial or healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations, including office supplies, equipment, and facility upkeep
  • Provide administrative support such as meeting scheduling, event coordination, and correspondence handling
  • Maintain organized and accurate filing systems (both electronic and physical)
  • Act as a point of contact for staff and clients, handling inquiries and providing necessary information
  • Ensure accurate accounts receivable processing and coordinate with the accounting team on payables
  • Receive and process purchase orders and issue sales invoices
  • Verify customer orders, including personal and payment details
  • Communicate with customers to resolve queries and gather missing information
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records
  • Prepare and compile monthly sales reports
  • Coordinate internally to expedite order processing
  • Route customer feedback to appropriate teams
  • Support identification of new product opportunities
  • Assist the sales team with various administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales admin, preferably in healthcare industry
  • Highly organized with good communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with sales admin tools
