Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process customer quotations, sales orders, and purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Maintain and update sales records, databases, and customer information.

  • Coordinate with Engineering, Production, and Procurement teams to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery.

  • Assist the Sales team with follow-ups on customer orders, inquiries, and requests.

  • Generate reports on sales activities, order status, and outstanding quotations.

  • Support the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and other documentation as required.

  • Handle administrative tasks related to contracts, invoicing, and customer correspondence.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • O Level or Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales support or administrative roles, preferably in an engineering or manufacturing environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ERP systems.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in handling orders and documentation.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
