Key Responsibilities
Prepare and process customer quotations, sales orders, and purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintain and update sales records, databases, and customer information.
Coordinate with Engineering, Production, and Procurement teams to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery.
Assist the Sales team with follow-ups on customer orders, inquiries, and requests.
Generate reports on sales activities, order status, and outstanding quotations.
Support the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and other documentation as required.
Handle administrative tasks related to contracts, invoicing, and customer correspondence.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Qualifications & Skills
O Level or Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
1-3 years of experience in sales support or administrative roles, preferably in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ERP systems.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy in handling orders and documentation.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
