Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Prepare sales and purchase confirmations for customers and suppliers.
  • Process customer orders and issue purchase orders to suppliers.
  • Generate customer invoices and arrange payments for supplier invoices.
  • Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth delivery arrangements.
  • Send monthly statements of account to customers.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Sales Department.

Requirements

  • Minimum O Levels or equivalent
  • Possess 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with good analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
