Job Description
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience in logistics or manufacturing industry
Job Scope:
- Prepare quotations for clients
- Source for service providers
- Ensure that all data are accurately captured into the database
- Manage worksheets and files
- Generate data reports
- Provide timely, costings and cost negotiation
- Communicate with regional partners
- Observe and provide market trend and pricing
- Participate in cost-savings exercises and provide monthly report
- To develop, identify and manage vendors performance
- Update SOP when necessary
- Any ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned by manager
Candidate requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Zoom etc
- Minimum GCE O level or those with strong relevant working experience
- Able to work on high volume of jobs and urgent matters
