Support day-to-day administrative operations within the Sales Department.
Manage and maintain sales-related documentation, contracts, and correspondence.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and follow-ups for the Sales team.
Provide consultation services to students, recruitment agents, and corporate clients regarding: - Admissions procedures - Program advancements - Instalment plans - Enrolment requirements - Other professional program offerings
Deliver high-quality customer service to walk-ins, phone inquiries, emails, and other communication platforms.
Conduct market research to identify new student recruitment sources and potential markets.
Assist in preparing sales action plans, identifying target accounts, and projecting enrolment goals.
Manage and achieve assigned student recruitment targets.
Collaborate with external marketing agencies to plan and execute recruitment campaigns on social and digital platforms.
Maintain accurate and updated databases, ensuring timely follow-ups and service standards.
Provide regular feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and recruitment performance.
Organise and support recruitment activities, events, and educational exhibitions.
Monitor the performance of campaigns and on-site events.
Utilize CRM systems to manage leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Management.
Job Requirements
Minimum 1 year of working experience in a relevant industry, preferably in education, sales, or customer service.
Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Willing to travel locally for events or exhibitions, if required.
