- Position : Sales Admin Executive
- Location : Bukit Batok
- Working hours : 5 Days Work Week - Monday to Friday: 9.00AM - 6.00PM
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,100 Basic + AWS + 14 Days Annual Leave
- Duration : Permanent

Responsibilities:
- Process sales orders, quotations, invoices and purchase orders.
- Follow up on order status, deliveries, customer requests and payments.
- Handle customer enquiries and arrange sample deliveries.
- Maintain sales records, contracts, reports and transaction documents.
- Check supplier and warehouse invoices against quotations and jobs.
- Prepare month-end payment summaries and bank entries.
- Tally warehouse reports and inventory movements.
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, logistics and procurement teams.
- Support workflow improvements and general office administration.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years sales admin, CRM or administrative experience.
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM and inventory systems.
- Zoho Inventory experience is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented with good communication and coordination skills.
