Job Summary
You will coordinate with sales, warehouse, and accounts teams to process and manage sales orders and inventory data, ensuring accurate invoicing and seamless workflow. You will handle customer enquiries and generate reports that support management decisions in a fast-paced wholesale distribution environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Liase with sales teams to process sales and delivery orders
- Responsible for accurate data entry when generating sales invoice and maintaining inventory data in SAP system
- Retrieve and process sales orders submitted via online platforms/email/fax/phone calls
- Attend to calls received by the office and assist with enquiries from customers
- Generate inventory reports for management
- Filing and other admin duties
- Work closely with Accounts, Warehouse and Sales teams to ensure smooth workflow
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma in any field
- At least 2 years similar experience, preferably in a wholesale distribution company
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel and Word
- Familiarity with using SAP software will be advantageous
- Be able to communicate with English and Mandarin-speaking customers
- Independent, organised and be able to complete tasks systematically and accurately
Other Information
- Work Location and Hours: Paya Lebar, Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Due to the job nature that requires coordination with Warehouse, this is a FULL-TIME OFFICE-BASED position
