Job Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately and maintain up-to-date documentation to support shipment tracking and record-keeping
- Plan and forecast weekly and monthly sea shipments to ensure timely delivery schedules
- Monitor truck readiness and coordinate with customers to issue shipping instructions to factories and freight forwarders
- Collaborate with customers, factories, and freight forwarders to resolve shipment issues and ensure on-time delivery
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding shipments and provide accurate freight quotations
- Coordinate deposit payments with customers prior to shipment to ensure smooth transaction processing
Job Requirements
- Apply knowledge of shipping terms, shipping documentation, letter of credit (L/C) preparation and negotiation, Certificate of Origin application, and Marine Insurance to support shipment processes
- Use SAP software proficiently to manage order processing tasks
- Communicate effectively and maintain positive interpersonal relationships with internal teams and external partners
- Demonstrate meticulous, systematic, and organized work habits to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines
- Work collaboratively as a team player to achieve operational goals
- Use Microsoft Office applications proficiently to prepare reports and documentation
- Minimum N or O level education
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in shipping or logistics operations
- Willingness to work at Loyang area
