Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:Identifying new business opportunities, sourcing leads through networking, cold calling, and social media, and converting them into customers.
  • Client Relationship Management:Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients, resolving customer concerns, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Sales & Presentations:Conducting sales meetings, delivering product demonstrations, and presenting solutions to clients that address their specific needs.
  • Negotiation & Closing Deals:Negotiating contracts and packages to achieve mutually beneficial agreements and successfully closing sales.
  • Market Research & Analysis:Conducting market research to understand customer needs, evaluate market gaps, and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Sales Strategy & Reporting:Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve set sales targets and quotas, while also tracking performance and generating regular sales reports.
  • Networking & Events:Attending trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote the company, build brand visibility, and generate leads.

Essential Skills

  • Communication:The ability to clearly articulate the value of products and services, answer questions, and build rapport with clients.
  • Negotiation:Proficient in negotiating terms and contracts to secure profitable deals for both the client and the company.
  • Product Knowledge:A thorough understanding of the products or services offered to effectively demonstrate their features and benefits.
  • Relationship Building:The skill to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Persistence:The drive and determination to overcome objections, close deals, and consistently achieve sales targets.
  • Strategic Thinking:The ability to plan, implement, and manage a company's overall sales strategy to identify new prospects and sales avenues.
