If you're organised, enjoy working with customers, and don't mind numbers / Excel - this role is a great entry into the IT industry. You'll learn how sales operations work, how pricing and quotations are done, and how products move from supplier to customer.
You'll be supporting the sales team and helping things run smoothly day-to-day:
Reply to customer enquiries via email / phone / online platforms
Prepare quotations (we'll guide you - you'll learn pricing + discount structures)
Share product information with customers
Maintain and update pricelists
Process sales orders and prepare invoices
Liaise with suppliers on pricing, stock availability, and delivery timelines
Coordinate with logistics team for order delivery + stock status
Support projects and help follow up timelines / coordination work
Comfortable with Microsoft Outlook + Excel
Able to communicate in English
You're okay working with numbers and pricing calculations
Responsible, organised, and responsive
1-2 years experience preferred, but if you're a fast learner, we welcome you too
