Key Responsibilities
1. POS System Management
- Maintain and update the POS system, including:
- Creation and updating of menu items, pricing, and modifiers
- Configuration of promotional campaigns and discounts
- System updates to reflect operational changes
- Ensure accuracy of menu and pricing information across all POS terminals.
- Generate and analyse sales reports from the POS system.
2. Sales & Profitability Analysis
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
- Conduct revenue and cost analysis to assess profitability of menu items.
- Provide reports and insights to management on sales trends and performance.
- Support management in identifying opportunities to improve margins and sales performance.
3. Inventory Management
- Coordinate and conduct monthly stock take for liquor, beverages, and consumables.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in procurement of required supplies.
- Receive incoming inventory deliveries and ensure proper documentation.
- Key all incoming inventory into the POS or inventory management system accurately.
4. Third-Party Delivery Platform Management
- Maintain and update menu listings on third-party delivery platforms.
- Ensure pricing, menu descriptions, and availability are accurate.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and improve delivery sales performance.
- Monitor delivery platform performance and report sales trends.
5. Equipment & Systems Administration
- Oversee the maintenance schedule and upkeep of operational systems and equipment, including:
-Telecommunications
- Wi-Fi network
- Door access systems
- CCTV systems
- Walkie-talkies
- Attendance and workforce management applications
- Dumbwaiter systems
- Liaise with vendors and service providers for maintenance and repairs.
6. HR & Staff Administration Support
- Create and manage door access permissions for new and existing staff.
- Allocate staff uniforms and manage uniform inventory.
- Assign lockers to staff and maintain related records.
- Provide administrative support for staff onboarding and operational setup.
