About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to join our team and provide essential support to the sales department. You will be responsible for processing orders, managing sales documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Process sales orders, quotations, and invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Handle customer inquiries and follow up on order status, deliveries, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, warehouse, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Maintain up-to-date customer records and sales documents.
- Generate and update sales reports, sales forecasts, and dashboards.
- Monitor stock levels and liaise with inventory or supply chain teams on product availability.
- Support sales team in organizing meetings, preparing presentations, and handling administrative tasks.
- Assist in the coordination of sales promotions and campaigns when needed.
Requirements
- Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales support, order processing, or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) knowledge of ERP or CRM systems is a plus.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks under deadlines.
- Customer-focused with a positive and team-oriented attitude.
