Job Summary
Support the Sales Department by managing client communications, preparing quotations, coordinating job documentation, and monitoring business enquiries to drive sales and operational efficiency in heat treatment services.
Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager and Sales Department in executing sales and marketing activities to promote core heat treatment and EB welding services
- Prepare accurate quotations and schedule meetings for the sales team to engage clients effectively
- Liaise with clients and attend to walk-in customers to ensure excellent customer service and follow-up after sales
- Generate delivery orders (DOs), purchase orders (POs), and promptly issue work-sheets/job travelers for each job to notify production schedules
- Monitor new business enquiries and maintain timely, accurate reports and records for managerial review
- Maintain procedural standards for all work orders to ensure operational consistency and quality
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum Polytechnic diploma in any discipline
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and perform related calculations
- Minimum 1 year of sales and customer service experience
- Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin to support client interactions
- Self-driven, result-oriented, fast learner, and able to work independently
