Responsibilities:
- Issue Purchase Orders (POs)
- Track, follow up, and maintain shipping and logistics documentation
- Prepare and issue invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Coordinate logistics activities to ensure onschedule deliveries and compliance with internal processes
- Maintain accurate records for administrative and logistics workflows
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to support smooth operations
- Assist management with ad hoc tasks and projects as required
- Ensure adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in administrative or logistics support roles
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with SAP ERP or invoicing systems is an added advantage
- Knowledge of shipping and customs documentation is an added advantage
