About the Role
We are looking for a Sales & Admin Coordinator to support our growing manufacturing operations. You will play a key role in keeping our sales and production teams running smoothly - from preparing delivery and billing documents, to coordinating shipments, and ensuring accurate records are kept.
This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys being organised, detail-oriented, and reliable. If you take pride in accurate paperwork and smooth follow-through, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Prepare Delivery Notes (DN), invoices, and Statements of Account (SOA)
- Coordinate with couriers/forwarders for local and overseas shipments
- Track payments and assist with COD collections
- Issue Work Orders and update production job status in ERP/Excel
- Prepare Certificates of Conformance (COC) and maintain proper filing
- Liaise with Sales, Production, and QC teams to ensure timely delivery
What We're Looking For
- Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Business, Manufacturing, or related field
- Prior experience in sales admin, operations support, or production coordination is an advantage
- Familiar with invoicing and basic bookkeeping
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel ERP knowledge preferred
- Strong attention to detail and able to work independently once trained
