Sales Admin Coordiantor
We are a growing cleaning services company looking for a reliable and proactiveSales Coordinator to support our sales and operations team. If you enjoycoordinating schedules, working with clients, and keeping things organized in afast-paced environment, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Prepare quotations, invoices
- Coordinate cleaning schedules
- Reply and follow up with clients on inquiries, bookings, and service requests
- Support sales team with leads
- Maintain customer records
- Handle urgent job requests (e.g. ad-hoc or last-minute cleaning)
- Liaise with operations and finance teams for smooth service delivery
- Resolve customer issues and ensure high service standards
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of admin / sales coordination experience (service industry preferred)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word)
- Responsible, organized, and responsive
