Sales Admin Coordiantor
We are a growing cleaning services company looking for a reliable and proactiveSales Coordinator to support our sales and operations team. If you enjoycoordinating schedules, working with clients, and keeping things organized in afast-paced environment, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare quotations, invoices
  • Coordinate cleaning schedules
  • Reply and follow up with clients on inquiries, bookings, and service requests
  • Support sales team with leads
  • Maintain customer records
  • Handle urgent job requests (e.g. ad-hoc or last-minute cleaning)
  • Liaise with operations and finance teams for smooth service delivery
  • Resolve customer issues and ensure high service standards

What We're Looking For

  • 1-3 years of admin / sales coordination experience (service industry preferred)
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word)
  • Responsible, organized, and responsive
