Responsibilities
- Process and enter sales orders accurately in the system
- Verify pricing, product details, and customer information
- Issue invoices, delivery orders, and related documents
- Follow up on pending orders and coordinate delivery schedules
- Monitor delivery status and resolve delivery issues
- Prepare shipping documentation
- Track inventory levels, update stock records, and perform stock reconciliation
- Liaise with warehouse on stock movement and report discrepancies
- Provide administrative support to Sales and Service teams
- Maintain filing, documentation, and customer database
- Handle customer enquiries regarding orders and deliveries
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and assist management with administrative tasks
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience in ERP systems is an added advantage
