Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team in the preparation, compilation, and submission of project-related documents.
  • Manage and coordinate sales administrative activities to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Liaise with both internal and external parties to coordinate project matters effectively.
  • Prepare and tabulate monthly internal sales billing reports accurately.
  • Assist sales personnel in preparing quotations, tender submissions, and related documentation.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in a relevant field.
  • At least 1 year of administrative experience.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible with a pleasant personality.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
