Role - Sales Admin
Salary - 2000 - 2500 SGD

Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team.
Assist in preparing quotations and invoices.
Maintain and update customer information
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, logistics) to follow up on orders and deliveries.
Handle customer calls/emails and escalate issues to senior team members when required.
Learn and adapt to sales processes, tools, and systems.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Eagerness to learn and ability to work in a team environment.
Basic knowledge of sales and customer service concepts.
