Job Description
- Supporting the entire sales team.
- Tracking sales enquiries to ensure that they are scheduled and sent out on time.
- Effectively communicating with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Resolving any sales related issues with customers.
- Responding to sales queries via phone, e-mail and in writing.
- Ensure timely fulfilment of Marketplace & B2B customer orders by working closely with Fulfilment and logistics team.
- Generate sales orders and invoices
- Compile and prepare shipping documents for exportation
- Experience in handling/checking LC is required
- Carrying out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, completing paperwork and filing documents.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least professional certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Microsoft Business Central
- Bilingual in both English and Mandarin (to communicate effectively with Mandarin speaking clients).
Working Day: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
Saturday 8.30am - 12.30pm
