  • Supporting the entire sales team.
  • Tracking sales enquiries to ensure that they are scheduled and sent out on time.
  • Effectively communicating with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Resolving any sales related issues with customers.
  • Responding to sales queries via phone, e-mail and in writing.
  • Ensure timely fulfilment of Marketplace & B2B customer orders by working closely with Fulfilment and logistics team.
  • Generate sales orders and invoices
  • Compile and prepare shipping documents for exportation
  • Experience in handling/checking LC is required
  • Carrying out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, completing paperwork and filing documents.
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least professional certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Microsoft Business Central
  • Bilingual in both English and Mandarin (to communicate effectively with Mandarin speaking clients).

Working Day: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm

Saturday 8.30am - 12.30pm
