Duties & Responsibilities:
Providing sales and administrative support to operations.
Liaising with customer/agent enquiries.
Process and prepare sales orders, delivery order, logistics import and export documentation and collaborate with finance and operations on the payment collection.
Liaise with operations and logistics department to ensure timely deliveries from forwarder and suppliers.
Compile and generate monthly sales reports and weekly reports.
Preparing of purchase order to suppliers/principals.
Work on customer's weekly delivery reschedule plan with principals.
Oversee office cleanliness and handle miscellaneous office issues as they arise.
Handle any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
At least Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome, or 1-2 years of relevant experience in an administrative and purchasing.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint).
Strong communication and coordination skills (written and verbal).
Independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
Regular communication in English- and Mandarin-speaking clients and vendors.
Knowledge in Aerospace is an added advantage.
