Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Providing sales and administrative support to operations.

  • Liaising with customer/agent enquiries.

  • Process and prepare sales orders, delivery order, logistics import and export documentation and collaborate with finance and operations on the payment collection.

  • Liaise with operations and logistics department to ensure timely deliveries from forwarder and suppliers.

  • Compile and generate monthly sales reports and weekly reports.

  • Preparing of purchase order to suppliers/principals.

  • Work on customer's weekly delivery reschedule plan with principals.

  • Oversee office cleanliness and handle miscellaneous office issues as they arise.

  • Handle any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • At least Diploma in Business Administration or related field.

  • Fresh graduates are welcome, or 1-2 years of relevant experience in an administrative and purchasing.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint).

  • Strong communication and coordination skills (written and verbal).

  • Independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.

  • Regular communication in English- and Mandarin-speaking clients and vendors.

  • Knowledge in Aerospace is an added advantage.
