About the role
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Sales & Admin Assistant to join our team at Chen Wa Landscape Pte Ltd. This full-time role is based in our West Region office and will play a crucial part in supporting our sales efforts and overall business operations.
What you'll be doing
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, preparing sales presentations and proposals, and handling client inquiries
Assist with the coordination and execution of sales activities, events, and client meetings
Maintain accurate records and databases of sales activities, client information, and other relevant data
Coordinate with Operations and issue billing information to finance accurately.
Coordinate on issued Invoices, Credit Notes & Statements of Accounts in a timely manner.
Provide general office support, such as answering phone calls, managing correspondence, and performing other administrative tasks as needed
What we're looking for
At least 1 year of experience in a similar sales or administrative support role, preferably within the landscape design or construction industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing high-quality support
A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Candidates who can start immediately or on short notice will have an advantage.
