WE'RE HIRING: Sales Account Manager

Job purpose:

To develop and maintain strong customer relationships, drive sales growth and achieve sales targets through outbound sales activities, account management and business development. The role also involves identifying customer needs, negotiating contracts, analysing market and competitor information, and recommending alternative products to meet customers requirements.

Key Responsibilities

. Make outbound sales calls to assigned customers to reach sales goals.
. Serve as primary contact between all sales channels, customers and internal department.
. Creatively solve problems to achieve sales and customers objectives.
. Effectively profile target accounts.
. Build and maintain strong relationships within the industry.
. Travel local and abroad to meet key customers face to face as needed.
. Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
. Gather useful information from customer and competitor data

Provide customers with alternative brands products for EOL parts.

The position is office based with site-based visits where applicable. Working hours are 9am to 6pm from Monday to Friday.

What We're Looking For
. Candidates with relevant sales experience is preferred. If you do not have relevant sales or industry experience but possess a goal-oriented mindset and determination to learn from mistakes and try harder if you are good with people and can communicate convincingly we would love to speak to you.

. Language Required: Fluent English and Mandarin.

. Additional languages

would be advantageous.

. Minimum Qualification: Diploma

What We Offer

Salary Range : S$3,200 - S$4,000 (commensurate with experience).
Commission (Payout Quarterly)
