We are looking for a driven and solutions-focused Account Manager to join our growing team. You will be a key player in identifying client needs, running effective discovery sessions, and supporting the full SaaS sales cycle - from hunting new opportunities to farming existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise-level accounts as a trusted advisor and influencer.
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through account growth, product penetration, and professional services.
- Conduct discovery calls to uncover client workflow challenges, process gaps, and collaboration pain points.
- Recommend and deploy monday.com solutions to address client business needs and deliver measurable value.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders at various levels, from working executives to senior business leaders.
- Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding sales and business targets.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, account management, or consulting with enterprise-level accounts
- Proven track record in managing the end-to-end sales cycle with accountability for customer success.
- Strong presentation, discovery, and objection-handling skills.
- Excellent communication abilities with the ability to explain complex solutions in a clear and concise way.
- Fast learner with the ability to become highly proficient in monday.com's product features and selling points.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and map client workflows to SaaS solutions.
