Your Role

The Sales Account Manager plays a key role in managing and growing existing client accounts while supporting project-based sales activities. This position focuses on strengthening long-term client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving repeat business through effective account management and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management & Client Engagement

  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, particularly Interior Designers and Contractors.
  • Understand client requirements and manage expectations with appropriate product solutions and recommendations.
  • Introduce new products and customization of solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling within assigned accounts.
  • Manage Tenders and Projects with the assistance of a Quantity Surveyor and Project Team
  • Attend site meetings and maintain regular communication with clients throughout project life cycles.
  • Monitor account performances and identify growth opportunities.
  • Generate leads within existing accounts and through client referrals.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions to maintain market presence.

Requirements

  • Experience with account management, client servicing, or project-based sales, within the Building, Architectural and Interior Design industry.
  • Experience working with Tenders with contractors is preferred.
  • Familiarity with building or architectural materials experience in specifying materials to consultants is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with ability to manage and grow customers / stakeholders relationship.
  • Organised, Detailed, Competitive and Passionate about Achievement.
  • Good communicaiton, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • 5 days work week.
