Sales Account Manager
Duties and Responsibilities
. Customer-Fronting Role: Engage with stakeholders across all levels, including senior management teams internally and externally.
. Identify Growth Opportunities: Pursue and own brand new opportunities for growth through the acquisition of new logos.
. Sales Canvassing: Utilize various sales canvassing methods (calls, emails, networking) to build a sales pipeline from scratch and generate qualified leads.
. Relationship Building: Establish and further relationships with key customer contacts across targets.
. Solution Development: Drive solution development efforts by coordinating and facilitating the involvement of relevant teams (support, technical consultants, and management resources).
. Industry Knowledge: Stay proactive in updating industry knowledge, market conditions, and competitors products and pricing.
. Strategic Planning: Create strategic account plans and revenue forecasts
