Sales Account Manager / IT Solution / ICT

Responsibilities:

• Identify customer needs, respond to enquiries promptly, and deliver a positive customer experience.
• Drive business growth by developing and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and manufacturers to meet business objectives.
• Maintain and update sales reports, forecasts, and related documentation.
• Support the sales cycle by preparing proposals, quotations, and related materials.
• Undertake ad hoc assignments as required by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, IT, or a related discipline.
• Dynamic, positive, and outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• Prior background (including internships) in cybersecurity, telecommunications, or electronics will be an advantage.
