GMC Specialist Pte Ltd is looking for a candidate to hop onboard for the following role:

Sales Account Manager

Job Description:

  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned key B2B or B2C accounts
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key retail partners to foster long-term collaboration and client satisfaction.
  • Actively prospect and pursue new B2B/B2C opportunities within assigned accounts or referrals.
  • Monitor account performance, manage day-to-day operations and respond promptly and professionally to customer needs.
  • Support contract negotiations, pricing discussions and proactively identify new business opportunities to drive strong account growth.
  • Proficiency in utilising sales data, market trends and competitor activities to identify key opportunities and mitigate business risks.
  • Ensure all activities align with company goals, compliance standards, and operational best practices.
  • Work closely with Marketing to implement promotional campaigns and initiatives aimed at increasing sales within key accounts.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to align on account strategies, sales targets, and market insights.
  • Assist in managing trade spend and contribute to budget forecasting and planning for key accounts.

Job Requirement:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in key account management or strategic B2B/B2C sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Business acumen and customer-centric mindset.
  • Fluency in English Mandarin is an advantage.
