Sales Account Manager
Job Description:
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned key B2B or B2C accounts
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key retail partners to foster long-term collaboration and client satisfaction.
- Actively prospect and pursue new B2B/B2C opportunities within assigned accounts or referrals.
- Monitor account performance, manage day-to-day operations and respond promptly and professionally to customer needs.
- Support contract negotiations, pricing discussions and proactively identify new business opportunities to drive strong account growth.
- Proficiency in utilising sales data, market trends and competitor activities to identify key opportunities and mitigate business risks.
- Ensure all activities align with company goals, compliance standards, and operational best practices.
- Work closely with Marketing to implement promotional campaigns and initiatives aimed at increasing sales within key accounts.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to align on account strategies, sales targets, and market insights.
- Assist in managing trade spend and contribute to budget forecasting and planning for key accounts.
Job Requirement:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in key account management or strategic B2B/B2C sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Business acumen and customer-centric mindset.
- Fluency in English Mandarin is an advantage.
