Job Summary
Responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and maintaining strong client relationships and expanding sales within existing and new accounts in the semiconductor manufacturing equipment sector.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with new and existing clients to drive revenue growth and business expansion
- Analyze market trends and conduct research to inform sales strategies that increase market share and meet sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams including operations and design to ensure delivery of solutions that meet or exceed client expectations
- Lead commercial discussions and negotiations, providing tailored technical solutions and support to address customer needs
- Establish pricing strategies and create marketing tools to support successful product introductions and positioning
- Deliver presentations on product capabilities and assess potential applications to align company offerings with customer technical requirements
- Manage account activities to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnership development
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in semiconductor manufacturing equipment or related industry
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Work experience in the semiconductor industry within Singapore
- Proficiency in SAP software
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently while contributing effectively as a team player in a dynamic environment
- Demonstrated persistence and dedication to understanding and solving critical customer problems
