Sale Consultant

What you'll be doing

1. Delivering outstanding customer service and building strong relationships with clients

2. Assisting customers with product selection, providing recommendations, and closing sales

3. Maintaining store presentation and visual merchandising to the highest standards

4. Effectively handling cash and card transactions, and reconciling daily sales

5. Collaborating with the wider team to achieve sales targets and business objectives

6. Actively participating in staff training and development programs

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role, ideally within the consumer products industry

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service

3. Excellent product knowledge and the ability to make informed recommendations

4. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results

5. Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work as part of a team

6. Proficient in handling cash and card transactions, and utilising point-of-sale systems
