Job Description
- Possess solid working knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) including application and connector configuration, identity and account aggregation, provisioning and deprovisioning workflows, certification campaigns, task/rule troubleshooting and log analysis with the ability to interpret IIQ behaviour when diagnosing live operational issues.
- Own day to day service operations across the full incident to resolution lifecycle triaging, investigating and resolving ServiceNow incidents and agency inquiries within agreed SLAs, with clean, well documented escalation into engineering ticketing queues for Level 3 defects and change requests.
- Demonstrate strong hands on interface and integration troubleshooting capability across REST/Web Service APIs, SCIM 2.0, Active Directory, SharePoint, Entra ID and SFTP flat file feeds independently diagnosing authentication failures (401/signature/nonce), SSL/TLS trust chain and certificate errors, timeouts and data synchronisation retry failures end to end across API gateways, on premise agents and downstream applications.
- Drive agency onboarding, integration and migration engagements from requirements gathering through UAT sign off to production cutover, including Government Commercial Cloud (GCC/GCC+) landing zone migrations, firewall and service account service requests, and re architecting legacy agent based integrations to direct connectivity models.
- Familiarity with IM8 and whole of government policy, governance and audit requirements, periodic access review and certification cycles, account inactivity and deprovisioning controls, and strict handling of credentials through approved secure exchange channels only.
