Safety Supervisor for curtain wall

We are seeking a qualified Safety Supervisor to ensure the safety of workers and the public during the installation and maintenance of curtain wall systems. The ideal candidate will implement safety protocols, conduct regular inspections, and foster a strong safety culture on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enforce safety procedures and programs.
• Identify and control potential hazards associated with curtain wall work.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Provide safety training to workers and promote safe work practices.
• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Liaise with regulatory agencies on safety matters.

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher education.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in English proficiency in Chinese is an advantage for facilitating effective communication with individuals from diverse multicultural backgrounds.
