Key Responsibilities
- Monitor platform risks and develop early warning systems to detect emerging threats proactively.
- Lead cross-functional incident response for content violations, abnormal account behavior, and coordinated abuse.
- Translate risk strategies into operational workflows, ensuring effective execution within moderation teams.
- Analyze risk trends using data to identify new abuse patterns and evolving threat vectors.
- Drive continuous improvement of risk operations, enhancing efficiency, scalability, and response quality.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years experience in Trust & Safety, risk operations, content moderation, or platform governance.
- Strong understanding of content safety risks, fraud/abuse tactics, or platform misuse patterns.
- Proven ability to work with data, metrics, and operational insights to drive decisions.
- Experience managing or collaborating with cross-functional and/or global teams.
- Proficiency in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients and counterparts.
