Key Duties & Responsibilities

. Manage and lead the safety team and subcontractors to implement robust site safety systems daily.

. Conduct thorough daily site inspections to ensure compliance with all relevant safety and health regulations.

. Perform detailed risk assessments to identify hazards and recommend effective measures for all site activities.

. Lead investigations into accidents or near misses to recommend controls and prevent any future recurrence.

. Organize and facilitate regular safety briefings and toolbox meetings for all site staff and contractors.

. Maintain all required safety documentation and records to meet internal and official regulatory auditing standards.

. Liaise with external government authorities and project stakeholders on all urgent health and safety matters.

Job Requirements

. Registered WSH Officer with the relevant authority.

. Minimum three years of relevant experience in construction site safety management.

. Recognized Diploma or Degree in Workplace Safety and Health.

. Valid certifications for Work-at-Height and Risk Management.

. Strong communication skills for coordinating with project managers and site personnel.

. Proven ability to work independently while maintaining a positive and proactive safety culture.
