Job Responsibilities:
1. To liaise with government agencies on WSH related issues and to monitor & advice company on all WSH Legal requirements.
2. Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments and follow up actions to maintain high safety standard and compliance to company's ISO and OSHAS policies.
3. Participates in setting assignment objectives and strategies plan own task schedule to meet objectives. Assist in all area of safety for pre-contract planning and incident prevention.
4. Provides assistance to the site work process with safety planning and incident prevention. Assists construction teams on all safety related matters.
5. Functions as an integral part of the Construction Team. Assist in safety audits and safety evaluation process.
6. Enforce all safety legislation and in-house safety rules and regulations. Ensure supervisors and workers are following safe work procedures compliance.
7. Maintaining and completion of project HSE reports and documentation.
Job Requirements:
1. Minimum Experience: 3 years related experience in Construction Industry.
2. Registered Safety Officer with MOM
3. Good communication and Interpersonal skills.
4. Able to start work immediately/short notice.
