Job Description:
Main duties and responsibilities
- Responsible for facilitating compliance with OSH guidelines. Your goal will be to always ensure safe working environment and prevent any injuries and accidents.
- To conduct risk assessment
- Adhere to all the rules and regulations at the site.
- Plan and implement OHS policies
- Enforce preventative measures
- Prepare and present reports on accidents and violations and determine causes
- Oversee workplace repair, installations and any other work that could harm employees safety
- Maintain Safety documentation as per ISO4501
- Ad-hoc job require on off according to the site
Job Requirement
- At least 1 years of experience as a Safety Coordinator in Semi-Conductor Industry
- At least 2 years experience in Construction Industry
- Excellent knowledge of legislations and procedures
- Excellent knowledge of potentially hazardous materials or practices
- Experience with writing policies and procedures for health and safety
- Required to certification in Manage Work at Height, First Aider and WSH Coordinator Training.
- Able to read & write in Chinese
- Main HQ is in Taiwan
- Able to start immediately or within a short notice period
- Minimal Qualification: Advance Certificate in WSH
