Safety Coordinator

Job Descriptions:

. Provide assistance to the WSHC, WSHO, ECO & Project Manager

. Assist site management on safety and health related matters

. Implement and maintain company's site safety management

. Manage and oversee overall daily safety activities on site

. Conduct site safety inspection to ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and health Act and regulations and in-house safety procedures and requirements

. Conduct safety and health trainings and daily toolbox briefing

. Ensure overall compliance of good practice in workplace

. Review and revise of method statement and risk assessment as and when required

. Ensure risk assessment are carried out and controls are implemented for all site activities

. Ensure that all safety and health documentations are maintained and readily available upon request

. Any other duties assigned by superior from time to time

Requirements:

. Preferably 2 years of experience as a safety supervisor

. Relevant Safety & Health Certificates

. Proficient in MS Office

. Working knowledge of safety management information system

. Critical thinker and problem solving skills

. Team player

. Good time-management skills

. Certification in occupational health and safety
