Job Description
- Develop and Implement Safety Policies: Assist in developing and implementing safety policies and procedures that comply with regulations.
- Training and Education: Provide safety training to employees to enhance awareness and emergency preparedness.
- Hazard Assessment and Risk Management: Identify workplace hazards and develop risk management plans.
- Incident Investigation and Reporting: Investigate incidents, analyze causes, and propose preventive measures.
- Compliance and Audits: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and assist in passing audits.
- Inspection and Supervision: Conduct regular workplace inspections to ensure equipment and operations meet safety standards.
- Emergency Response Planning: Develop emergency response plans and organize regular drills.
- Communication and Coordination: Act as a communication bridge to coordinate internal and external safety-related matters.
- Additional Tasks: Complete additional tasks as assigned by supervisors, such as preparing PowerPoint presentations, assisting with travel arrangements, and other ad-hoc responsibilities.
