Safety Coordinator

Job Details including but not limited to:

. Collect data on WSH performance, conditions, and practices to enhance overall safety standards.

. Collaborate with the FSM to conduct emergency response drills, fostering a proactive approach to safety.

. Perform routine checks on work activities and workers to identify and address potential safety concerns.

. To compile all non-compliance findings weekly and submit to Safety Manager

. Conduct safety inductions and orientations for all new personnel

. Report instances of WSH non-compliance, unsafe work conditions, and practices to team members and higher management.

. Provide support in implementing actions to continually improve WSH performance across the organization.

. Work closely with the other safety personnel and safety officer

. Conduct daily TBM

. Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned

Requirements:

. Minimum 1-2 years relevant working experience

. GCE O Level or Nitec/Higher Nitec

. WSQ Advanced certificate in WSH level B is mandatory.

. Prior experience in construction safety will be an added advantage.

. Any additional safety-related courses will be added advantages.
