Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking a proactive Safety Coordinator to oversee on-site Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) operations and ensure full compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations. In this role, you will assist management in enforcing safety protocols, executing risk assessments, conducting safety briefings, and handling emergency response actions across project sites.

Key Responsibilities

On-Site Safety Management: Implement and monitor site safety management systems, norms, and procedures in alignment with organizational standards.
WSH Risk Assessment & Prevention: Conduct risk analyses, evaluate potential hazards throughout project execution, and execute preventive measures.
Safety Training & Audits: Organize internal safety training to enhance employee awareness, and lead regular site safety walks with project stakeholders.
Emergency Response & Incident Management: Manage site emergencies according to contingency plans and respond flexibly to on-site incidents.
Compliance & Reporting: Maintain thorough safety records, perform data analysis, and assist superiors with WSH administrative duties.

Requirements

Domain Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Singapore Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) acts, rules, and regulations.
Core Competencies: Excellent planning, communication, and site coordination capabilities with strong analytical and document-writing skills.
Professional Conduct: High level of professional ethics, confidentiality, responsibility, and ability to perform under pressure.
